The purpose of constructing the hospital in Neyshabur County is to fulfill the goal of Iran’s economic, social, and cultural development plan, aimed at ensuring that all segments of society have access to a relative level of welfare and health.
In designing the concept for the 160-bed hospital in Neyshabur, the longitudinal and transverse axes of the land were determined based on the climate and site lines.
By using the pattern of the English letter “H,” we developed a form that is highly suitable for a healthcare project in terms of functional relationships.
To define the entrances and separate the sections, spaces were created between the blocks.
Aesthetically, and for better clarity of the building and its healthcare entrances, breaks with angles suitable for the region’s climate were incorporated into the design, which also has a more effective response to the prevailing winds in the area.
The central core was placed in the middle of the plan to highlight the healthcare volume and provide a central vertical connection.
For vertical connectivity, elements were also created at the four corners of the overall form.
