The purpose of constructing the entrance for the University of Technical and Vocational Education is to define a uniform entrance space as a distinct and visible part that is easily recognizable and noticeable by the public.
Choosing a flexible and pure form that is consistent with the context and theme of the design.
Separation of vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit.
Creating an inward opening to create a sense of invitation.
Using the archetypal Iranian arch with a pedestrian priority.
A stepped facade upwards symbolizing knowledge, leading people to higher levels.
The entrance is distinct from the boundary wall of the university campus using locally available and prominent materials (brick and stone).
Security of the entrance and providing a space for controlling individuals (security area overlooking pedestrian and vehicle traffic).
